SHIPPING POLICY
As all items are handmade, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your item! Package tracking is available after the package has been shipped to you. Please, expect your new crewneck to have an adhesive backing as this helps your design come out clean and stay permanent. I recommend washing your sweater prior to wearing to avoid any sticky residue. Expect your items to arrive via USPS.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
One size does not fit all, and we understand. Our crewnecks are adult unisex sizes. If your crewneck does not fit we can exchange it for a different size. Please note, we will not exchange any items that have been torn, altered, stained, ripped/snagged, or damaged in any way. If the item is not returned in its original form, it will not be eligible for exchange and no refund will be provided. At this time, returns/refunds will not be excepted but I am more than happy to assist with exchanges.
